Client Services Director – Pharma Advertising

About the Role

As Client Services Director, you will:

  1. Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality project execution and delivery.
  2. Shape the creative voice of the agency while collaborating with top-tier professionals across the US - working closely with the CCO.
  3. Lead a team of client service professionals, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
  4. Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  5. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and medical teams to develop engaging, compliant healthcare marketing campaigns.
  6. Represent the agency in key client meetings, working to build trust and long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) – ability to communicate effectively with local clients.
  2. Proven experience in pharma/healthcare advertising, ideally within an agency environment.
  3. A track record of managing large accounts and leading client service teams.
  4. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
