What You'll Do:
- Create and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop engaging content to attract and retain clients.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team on promotional materials and email campaigns.
- Manage online reputation by responding to comments and inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep our marketing strategies fresh and effective.
- Assist with organizing events and virtual tours to showcase properties.
- Update and manage content on our website and digital platforms.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in social media management or marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media best practices.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
