Qualifications: A full-time or part-time daytime student at Sheridan College with a GPA of at least 2.5, and not undergoing a co-op term between the months of September and April.
Term: August 2024, to April 30, 2025
Location: Trafalgar Campus in-office / travel to all campuses for events
Commitments: 10 - 15 hours per week
Pay Rate: $16.80 / hour.
SCOPE AND NATURE
Sheridan Student Union Inc. (SSUI) is a student-led organization representing all full-time and day part-time fee-paying students at Sheridan College. Our mission is to create an exceptional student experience through student-focused programs, services, and advocacy. Our vision is to empower our student community to succeed in a changing world.
In conjunction with the Marketing, Communications, and Creative Department, and reporting directly to the Manager, Creative, the Videographer will assist in brainstorming and planning video content in relation to all SSU initiatives. The Videographer is required to have a working knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and AfterEffects. They are expected to follow the timelines set by management and will aid in preparing video content for various SSU mediums, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

The Videographer will report to the Manager, Creative, and will work alongside other Creative Video Editors, SSU Photographers, and Junior Designers.
