Starting Rate of Pay: $21.16/hr CAD

As a Guest Services Agent Overnight with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include welcoming and checking in/out guests, handling phone calls and messages, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate float balances and front desk supplies.

• Welcome, check-in and check-out guests promptly and pleasantly.
• Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages.
• Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Maintain company issued float and ensure accurate balance postings for each shift.
• Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times.

• Related work experience in hospitality/Front office asset.
• Customer service experience required.
• Previous Property Manager experience preferred.
• Microsoft applications experience required.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
