We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead our Tech Center and plant’s quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, are delivered defect-free, and exceed customer expectations. If you are passionate about quality management, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you! Based in Oakville, Ontario this position reports to Senior Manager Engineering and will have 3 direct reports.
Customer & Quality Assurance
Process & System Management
Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, statistical process control (SPC), and quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Design).
Professional certification (ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma) or progress toward an industry designation (e.g., Engineering, ASQC) is preferred.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
