Job Title: IT Project Manager – ERP Integration

About the Role:

Our client, a leading enterprise undergoing a major ERP transformation, is seeking a highly organized IT Project Manager to oversee the coordination, tracking, and reporting of integration activities. This role is a key part of an enterprise-wide initiative to replace legacy JD Edwards systems with Oracle ERP Cloud, ensuring seamless communication between developers, analysts, business users, and program leads.

This is a remote position; however, strong preference will be given to candidates who can work Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Project Scope:

The IT Project Manager will support “Project Catalyst,” a large-scale ERP migration replacing JDE Financials & Supply Chain with Oracle ERP Cloud. The program requires rebuilding integrations with both internal and external applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate, track, and report on ERP integration activities.
2. Serve as a liaison between developers, analysts, business users, and project managers.
3. Manage project documentation, meeting logistics, and communications.
4. Take meeting minutes, create action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
5. Support the development, monitoring, and delivery of multiple small to mid-sized projects.
6. Maintain project schedules and align key milestones with executive meetings.
7. Assist with proposals, agreements, and consultant contracts.
8. Provide general project and administrative support, including reporting, correspondence, presentations, and data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in project coordination or IT project management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
7. Willingness to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours, regardless of physical location.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

1. Experience coordinating large-scale system integrations.
2. Familiarity with ERP migrations, especially involving Oracle ERP Cloud or JD Edwards.
3. Prior exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
