Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales and manage the entire sales pipeline with a self-driven attitude.
  2. Set and achieve clear objectives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Serve as a commercial rockstar, representing our brand with passion and expertise.
  4. Monitor and manage KPIs and goals to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Strong pipeline management skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Based in Porto Alegre.

Nice to have:

  1. Experience in the financial industry and/or SaaS sales.
  2. Network within the financial industry.
