The Role
Leading from the front with an experienced team, you will support key functions that the team delivers on including clinical coding, assisting with auditing requirements, data verification, and building stakeholder relationships internally whilst ensuring your team is set up for success with daily targets and future learning opportunities. This is a broad role and requires experience in the role and in a similar setting where there is complex coding with expected delivery timeframes. Salary circa $140k plus salary packaging.

You are known for your clinical coding capabilities in a hospital setting with a range of complex procedures, working with various internal stakeholders. You have also had the opportunity to lead small teams, and this is an area you would like to expand on. Credentialed with studies and practical experience in clinical coding, you are seeking a role where you can define your career in leading others within this area of specialisation. You bring outstanding communication skills, describe yourself as an innovator who brings passion and experience to your role, and you share knowledge while having an interest in business improvements and agile learning.
