Senior Assistant Accountant - Strata Management

The team are passionate about what they do, and they're looking for an Accounts Support person to join their operational support team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing financial reporting for multiple strata schemes
• Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Assisting with tax and compliance matters, including BAS and GST
• Handling general ledger maintenance
• Collaborating with strata managers and owners' corporations to ensure accurate financial management

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Able to reconcile BAS and analyze financial statements
• Hands-on with AR and AP functions
• Excellent communication skills and mature-minded
• Good team player
• Strata knowledge is good to have but not essential
• Degree qualified ideally
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Love to work with a fast pace and diverse role of tasks!
