Client Services Director

Our client is a highly respected Sydney design and branding agency who are looking for an ambitious Senior level Client Service professional to join their dynamic team. This leading independent agency excels in everything from strategic thinking and creative development to production, collaborating with an exciting range of clients in Australia and overseas. This creative team thrives on fresh ideas and a love for tackling change head-on, working to craft meaningful brands that engage and spark growth.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial individual who thrives on inspiring and motivating a team. You’ll be managing a talented group of designers, strategists, writers, and account managers, guiding them through a variety of brand-related projects, through to customer experience design, digital and packaging. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, driving the growth of existing accounts, and bringing in new business opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years experience in high level roles in either Client Service, Strategy or Business Development within a Design agency environment.
• Ambitious with a strong want to grow the business and team.
• Is emotionally intelligent, personable and empathic who is detail focused and systems minded.
• Experience in managing multiple client relationships across a broad spectrum of brands.
• Excellent client facing skills presenting ideas and taking a lead role in meetings.
• Champion strategic effectiveness through briefing teams, assisting with presentations, and maintaining strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to manage finances, project margins, forecasts etc.
• Must be Sydney based with full working rights in Australia.
