To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last mile network.
Key Job Responsibilities:
The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to the Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. With a mix of operational and program expertise, the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to support, monitor, and drive resolution of operational call outs to minimize overall business risk while maintaining the high Amazon quality bar. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications. The Logistics Executive is a critical role in the Variable Program team organization as it serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, keeping business objectives in mind. Being organized, acting promptly in notifying off-operational situations, problem-solving, and being detail-oriented are part of your DNA.
At the same time, you will be supporting the Program team who works on the back-end to gather insights and use them to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and Partners' best experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2+ years' experience in investigations related to managing contacts, determining the root cause(s) for issues, and tracking progress of process initiatives.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail.
