Your Role:

• Conduct office work, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing email correspondence.
• Provide exceptional assistance to clients during visits to sales galleries.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring optimal client service.
• Proactively seek new prospective clients to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Uphold a professional image and deliver presentations that resonate with a diverse clientele.
• Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge compliant with RERA regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a valid RERA Card.
• Possess prior experience in real estate sales and office administration.
• Demonstrate strong sales abilities, with a record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Skilled in using technology for communication, CRM, and property management.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
