Property Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Agent, with a proven track record in the UAE Real Estate Market, to join our growing team.

We are focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the UAE real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.

Responsibilities

1. Prospecting for potential new clients
2. Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client’s criteria
3. Achieve individual sales targets
4. Network and expand contacts base
5. Regular contact with purchasers ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities
6. Updating CRM database

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 Year Real Estate Agent Experience in UAE
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills
3. Ability to meet targets
4. Fluency in English is mandatory
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits

1. Salary + Commission
2. Monthly Cash Bonus or Incentives

4. Working days: Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
