Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Sales & Leasing) – Commission-Based

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Real Estate Agent to join our on-site team in Ras Al Khaimah. The agent will focus on both sales and leasing, working on a commission-based system with performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
2. Conduct market research and property evaluations
3. Coordinate property viewings with prospective clients
4. Negotiate and close deals
5. Ensure all transactions are legally compliant
6. Maintain excellent client relationships

Requirements:

1. Must be currently residing in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate at their own expense (we do not cover accommodation or transportation costs)
2. Valid UAE driving license and own car
3. Basic experience in real estate (sales/leasing)
4. Good computer skills (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
5. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
6. Ability to work independently and within a team
7. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Compensation:
Commission-based
Additional bonuses for high performance and closed deals
