Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Development - Create compelling content for social media, blogs, website pages, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
2. Social Media Management - Manage and grow media accounts by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
3. Photography & Videography - Capture and edit high-quality images and videos of properties, neighborhood highlights, and company events.
4. Brand Storytelling - Build and maintain a strong brand identity by crafting compelling narratives around the company's values, services, and success stories.
5. Collaboration - Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and designers to align content with business goals.
6. Market Research - Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to refine content strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or digital manager in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends, home-buying processes, and property marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and blog writing.
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
