• Client Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to offer expert advice to clients.
• Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Negotiation: Facilitate and negotiate contracts to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents, administrative staff, and management to support the overall success of the agency.
• Marketing & Networking: Represent the company through networking, referrals, and marketing activities to generate leads and expand your client base.
• Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends, laws, and best practices.

• Required:
  • Active Real Estate Broker License.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficient in real estate software and tools (MLS, CRM, etc.).
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Prior experience managing a real estate team or office.
  • Advanced certifications in real estate (e.g., ABR, CRS, GRI).
