A leading real estate firm in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Off Plan Broker to facilitate the sale of off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will manage the sales process from consultation to closing, providing exceptional service and expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities. With a valid real estate license and a strong understanding of Dubai’s market, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent, preferably with experience in off-plan property sales.
- Sales experience in another field with transferable skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.

- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients interested in off-plan properties.
- Manage the entire sales process from client consultation to closing deals efficiently and professionally.
- Provide expert advice on off-plan developments, market trends and investment opportunities.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Off Plan Brokers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialise in facilitating the sale of off-plan properties, providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them invest in Dubai's vibrant real estate market.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients interested in off-plan properties.
- Provide expert advice on off-plan developments, market trends and investment opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process from client consultation to closing deals efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to stay updated on new projects and promotional offers.
- Negotiate contract terms and assist clients through the purchasing and financing process.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
- Continuously expand knowledge of the UAE real estate market and off-plan projects to better serve clients.
- Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent, preferably with experience in off-plan property sales.
- Sales experience in another field with transferable skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and off-plan developments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven and customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid real estate license.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
