Real Estate Broker Growth & Engagement Lead
Job summary
A leading real estate company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand and maintain strategic relationships with brokerage partners. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network within the Dubai broker community. This position focuses on driving sales performance and ensuring effective communication between brokers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development (UAE preferred).
- Strong network within the Dubai broker community.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new brokerage partners.
- Organize and execute broker meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Track partner performance and maintain broker activity dashboards.
- Serve as the liaison between brokers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance to streamline communication and processes.
- Promote usage of broker portals and digital tools.
- Ensure all broker registrations and agreements are current.
