Real Estate Investment Analyst jobs in United Arab Emirates

On behalf of our client, an investment firm based in DIFC, we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join their small team in Dubai.

Position Summary

The Real Estate Analyst will support the Real Estate Investment Team to perform research, gather and interpret data, and create and analyze financial models. The individual will be responsible for analyzing and researching the real estate market to carry out various analysis to validate potential investments and proposed strategies.

Job Description:

1. Updating and reviewing regular market updates and tracking development and sales progress for real estate projects across the UAE.
2. Routinely monitor financial performance of projects to ensure adherence to budgets and cashflow constraints.
3. Updating and completing various investor reports, including financial snapshots and qualitative summaries.
4. Devise feasibility studies and prepare presentations for the Investment Committee.

Requirements:

1. 5 Years of Dubai Real Estate Experience.
2. Sound judgment, particularly in feasibility matters with strong research and analytical skills.
3. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
4. Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in Economics, Real Estate or related Field.
2. MBA preferred but not essential.
3. English Proficiency a must with additional languages an advantage.
