Finance Manager

Position Overview:
The Finance Manager at Tradex France will oversee all financial activities, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. This role involves managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the senior management team, providing insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
3. Budget Management: Oversee the development and management of budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing cost-control measures as necessary.
4. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and strategic investments.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
7. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support business initiatives, providing financial insights and guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar position with a strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, preferably within the automotive industry.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
