Legal Intern / Junior Legal Assistant

We are a fast-growing international startup seeking a young lawyer / Legal Intern or Junior Legal Assistant with a valid practice diploma and legal license for Dubai / the UAE.

This role is ideal for an early-career legal professional who wants hands-on experience in a startup environment, with primary legal operations in Dubai / UAE and additional legal exposure to other international jurisdictions.

• Draft legal opinions and internal legal memoranda
• Prepare standard contract templates and legal documentation
• Review and coordinate contract drafts with counterparties
• Prepare acts, addenda, amendments, and related legal documents
• Support basic claims and pre-litigation matters
• Assist with corporate legal work
• Complete legal documentation, registrations, filings, and records
• Perform routine legal and office-related tasks as required in a startup environment

• Law degree completed or currently in final years of law school
• Valid practice diploma and legal license for Dubai / UAE (mandatory)
• Strong interest in Intellectual Property, Copyright, Advertising Law, IT Law, Private and Corporate Law, and Foreign Trade
• Willingness to support legal matters in other regions and jurisdictions
• Solid understanding of copyright and online advertising regulations, including social media platforms
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and readiness to handle both legal and administrative tasks
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (main communication language)

Interest in working with US and UK jurisdictions

Previous experience or internships in startups, tech companies, or digital platforms
