We are hiring a Bilingual Legal Advisor for a wellestablished Retail Chain of Hypermarkets in Abu Dhabi! This is your chance to join a dynamic team at the heart of a growing retail business.

Position: Legal Advisor
Location: Abu Dhabi (Head Office Baniyas Area)
Salary Range: AED 10000 to AED 12000

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and draft lease contracts for retail properties.
• Manage legal contracts tied to business operations.
• Prepare review and advise on Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs).
• Provide legal expertise in lease disputes and related court cases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations relevant to retail operations.
• Offer guidance on legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and external legal authorities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for legal and complaint matters.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Solid experience in legal contract management and lease dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of UAEs commercial and real estate laws.
• Proven experience in a retail or corporate setting handling legal issues.
