Legal Counsel

Micah Solutions FZE is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our client's organization, contributing to their mission of excellence in the real estate development sector. As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice, ensuring compliance with local laws, and overseeing all legal aspects of the business operations. You will work closely with various departments to safeguard the company's interests and mitigate legal risks.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of matters, including contracts, compliance, employment law, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and work on obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
• Represent the company in negotiations with external parties and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to promote compliance and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance issues.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admission to the bar and legal practice in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property and commercial law.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Periodic travel to Dubai may be required.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working within a multicultural environment.
