Junior Legal Secretary - Dubai, UAE
Our client, an international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Secretary with around 2 years of experience as a legal secretary to grow into the role. Supporting the common law team, the candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Audio typing using digital dictation and copy typing of documents and correspondence
- Receiving and directing telephone calls in accordance with the firm’s policy
- Diary management, arranging meetings, seminars, and external and internal client lunches
- Dealing with telephone queries and arranging conference calls
- Travel arrangements
- Formatting documents in line with the firm’s house-styling policy
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
Salary is from AED15,000 up to AED18,000.
