Responsibilities
- Support the common law team in various administrative tasks.
- Handle audio typing and copy typing of documents.
- Manage diaries and arrange meetings for the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and conference calls.
Skills
Our client an international law firm is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Secretary with around 2 years experience as a legal secretary to grow into the role. Supporting the common law team the candidate will be supporting with tasks such as Intapp time filing bundling Interaction.
- Audio typing using digital dictation and copy typing of documents and correspondence
- Receiving and directing telephone calls in accordance with the firm's policy
- Diary management arranging meetings seminars external and internal client lunches
- Dealing with telephone queries and arranging conference calls
- Travel arrangements
- Formatting documents in line with firm's house styling policy
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
Salary is from AED15000 up to AED18000.
