Legal Specialist

Our client, a large company based in Ajman, is currently looking to hire a legal specialist to join their team and support our growth in the dynamic energy sector.

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, and to safeguard the company's interests.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to energy projects, procurement, and partnerships, ensuring all agreements align with legal requirements and company policies.
• Monitor and interpret changes in UAE legal regulations and laws, advising on compliance issues and implementing necessary changes in company practices.
• Provide legal advice to various departments on matters including corporate governance, labor law, environmental regulations, and intellectual property.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation, prepare reports for senior management, and assist with regulatory filings and corporate governance matters.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them, including conducting legal risk assessments and providing training to employees on legal matters.
