Responsibilities

1. Conduct technical risk assessments for infrastructure, cloud, and AI-based products.
2. Identify threats, analyze vulnerabilities, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, partner requirements, and security best practices.
4. Support secure software development by integrating security into DevSecOps processes.
5. Assess third-party vendors for security risks and ensure supply chain protection.
6. Implement cloud security frameworks and governance measures (AWS, Azure).
7. Perform ethical hacking, penetration testing, and offensive security assessments.
8. Lead cybersecurity awareness programs and training sessions.
9. Develop business continuity plans to prepare for and recover from disruptions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or Risk Management (Masters preferred).
2. 4 to 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, operational risk, or DevSecOps.
3. Strong knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
4. Proficiency in security tools for vulnerability management and incident response.
5. Hands-on experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure) and application security.
6. Familiarity with AI risk assessments and secure coding principles.
7. Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH, CCSP, CASE, CDP) are preferred.
