We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic construction company in Dubai. You will be integral in managing and enhancing our technology infrastructure to support our fast-paced project environments and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the company’s IT systems including hardware, software, and network components.
- Implement and support construction project management software and tools.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.
- Provide timely technical support and training to staff across all departments.
- Collaborate with management to assess technology needs and propose improvements.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as necessary to optimize efficiency.
- Manage IT vendors and service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical team members.
- Familiarity with construction-specific software and tools is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
