A global healthcare company in Dubai seeks an Area Senior Financial Analyst to provide high-quality financial insights and forecasts for the MEAP & TR/CIS region. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' FP&A experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, and will work in a fast-paced environment to support decision-making. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and effective stakeholder management are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in international/emerging markets is advantageous.
• Proven exposure to commercial FP&A and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and analysis of Sales and P&L forecasts.
• Provide performance analysis and explain variances.
• Support FP&A reporting activities for financial close.
• Coordinate quarterly rolling forecast and consolidate inputs.
• Manage cash flow monitoring and improve conversion.
• Act as reference for FP&A processes across stakeholders.
• Communicate financial information clearly and accurately.
• Manage yearly manufacturing cost change cycle.
• Enhance HQ support to Affiliates on FP&A processes.
• Prepare clear presentations for business cases and reviews.
