Infrastructure Project Manager jobs in United Arab Emirates

We're looking for an experienced Product Development Project Manager for our Agile Teams. You'll interface with everyone from project leads, to team members, to business units as you deliver various simultaneous project initiatives.

1. Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings.
2. Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments.
3. Remove roadblocks to their work.
4. Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
5. Mentor and develop team members.
6. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear and promote empowerment of the team.
7. Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
8. Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.

5. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

1. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
2. PMP Certification.
3. Agile Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP).
4. Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects a plus.
5. Power user experience with Jira.
