As IT Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the IT department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

• Diagnose hardware and software problems, replace defective components, perform data backups, disaster recovery operations, and maintain, administer computer networks and related computing environments including hardware, systems software, applications software, and configurations.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware; operate master consoles to monitor performance and coordinate network access.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures and maintain control records.
• Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems.
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements.
• Consult with network users to resolve system problems.
• Monitor network performance and plan future adjustments.
• Focus on the rejuvenation of the room experience, ensuring IT services and products remain relevant and aligned with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with departments to meet guest needs and oversee smooth operations.
• Promote a cost-focused approach through training and education.
• Ensure legal, statutory, financial, security, safety, and contractual compliance, along with proper documentation, reporting, and budget management, to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Over three years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role is preferred.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
