- Assist in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to oversee daily operations of the IT department
- Manage IT projects ensuring timely completion within budget and scope
- Monitor and maintain IT systems networks and security protocols
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Assist in creating and managing the IT budget
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Train and mentor IT staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs
