As the most senior clinician, provide leadership to, and management of clinical staff via delegated authority to Heads of Departments.
Ensure that the performance of clinical staff is conducive to the delivery of the clinical and business strategy of the organisation.
Monitors, manages and evaluates organisational performance and resources to achieve desired results and optimise operation efficiency.
Work with other senior managers and participates in the overall management of the hospital.
Applies financial controls within the clinical function of the hospital, including compiling, justifying and controlling budgets and monitoring expenses.
Mutual beneficial relations are developed and maintained with relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Employ medical practitioners with assistance from the Human Resources Department.
