Clinic Manager

Reem Hospital is looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team. This key leadership role will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflow, and a positive patient experience. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing clinic staff, collaborating with medical teams, and ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinic Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal patient flow, efficient scheduling, and seamless coordination of services.
2. Team Leadership: Manage, supervise, and develop a team of administrative and medical support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
3. Patient Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining a patient-focused approach to healthcare.
4. Compliance & Quality: Monitor and enforce adherence to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and clinic policies to meet the highest standards of care.
5. Financial Management: Assist in managing the clinic's budget, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for financial efficiency.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with hospital leadership, physicians, and medical staff to improve clinic processes and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
2. 3+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic setting.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
5. Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Bilingual: Proficiency in both Arabic & English is required.
