To ensure effective and efficient pharmacy services regarding narcotics and controlled medicines procuring, endorsing, distributing, and dispensing services are delivered in a manner that complies with all relevant patient safety and healthcare regulatory requirements and governmental regulations and laws.

1. To ensure effective and efficient dispensing of narcotic and controlled medicines, incident reporting, ADR, and medication safety program.
2. To ensure effective inventory management practices are implemented, monitored, and managed, and stock is managed accordingly.
3. To ensure compliance with related requirements set by the governmental authorities and the hospital to ensure quality and risk mitigation standards are adhered to.

Pharm D or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an accredited pharmacist with at least 2 years in the narcotics department and inpatient pharmacy.
