With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Housekeeper to join the One&Only team at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

1. Lead the operations and management of Rooms/Villa section, Public Areas, Laundry, and Floristry areas in an efficient and cost-controlled manner.
2. Manage staffing requirements to meet the demands of the operation.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction through the professional provision of all housekeeping services that meet or exceed One&Only standards.
4. Lead a team of Managers, Coordinators, Supervisors, and Room Attendants.
5. Develop others to achieve established standards.

1. 8-10 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels.
2. Impeccable attention to detail and analytical skills.
3. Exceptional training skills and ability to motivate others.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
6. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
