Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Dubai is looking for a technical professional to analyze equipment issues and provide effective repair solutions. The ideal candidate will perform engineering calculations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, while also conducting inspections and high-quality repairs on engines and generators. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, testing components, and communicating with customers regarding their concerns. The position requires both indoor and outdoor work and might involve representing the company in technical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment issues and develop effective repair solutions.
- Perform engineering calculations to support maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Ensure all equipment complies with health and safety standards.
- Inspect and diagnose engines, generators, and transmissions.
- Conduct high-quality repairs to ensure reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported technical issues promptly.
- Test and calibrate electrical/electronic components using diagnostic tools.
- Communicate with customers to resolve technical concerns.
- Represent the company in meetings and presentations when needed.
