Fam Holding PSC is looking for a Senior Legal Advisor with 10 years of experience in the UAE to handle the following responsibilities:

1. Assist in the oversight and management of the legal and compliance office, providing counsel and operational support on a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance, employment, risk management, and contracts.
2. Conclude legal warnings, contracts, agreements, and memorandums.
3. Attend arbitration sessions, case management, conciliation, and reconciliation.
4. Register lawsuits.
5. Follow up on implementations in the system and submit necessary requests in the implementation files.
6. Review the courts, police stations, and land departments.
7. Perform any other official job assigned by management.

Preferred qualifications include a driving license and a BSc in Law.
