Data Clerk (Fluent Chinese speaker)

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Clerk to join our Logistics team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English (reading and speaking) and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to incoming emails professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare and manage invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Input and update data in the ERP system, ensuring consistency and correctness.
• Create packing lists and labels for shipments as per company and client requirements.
• Track and follow up on freight tracking numbers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and correspondence.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to data discrepancies or shipping documentation.
• Support the Logistics team on packing activities when required.

Requirements:

• Native Chinese is mandatory. Conversational English.
• Available to work on Saturdays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in administrative or data-entry roles preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic invoicing procedures is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
