Structured Finance Lawyer, Dubai, 5+

This prestigious corporate and investment bank is seeking an experienced structured finance lawyer to join its Legal team in Dubai.

In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal and regulatory advice across a wide spectrum of asset classes in financial markets, with a focus on derivatives, repos, structured finance, and structured note issuances. Experience in EMTN programmes updates, repacks and hedging products is required; custody and Islamic finance would be ideal (but not essential).

The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top-tier City law firm, with 5-10 years' PQE, ideally with some in-house experience at a leading bank and be looking to relocate to Dubai.
