Mandatory Details/Skills:

1. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing (beauty industry preferred).
2. Proven experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
3. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
4. Strong skills in content creation (basic graphic design & video editing is a plus).
5. Ability to track and analyze performance data to optimize engagement and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Plan and execute marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube. Create engaging content and manage content calendars.
2. Paid Advertising: Optimize social media ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI), and refine strategies for better engagement.
3. Influencer & Community Engagement: Partner with influencers, manage collaborations, and build an active online community.
4. Brand Partnerships & Campaigns: Execute brand collaborations, align social media with e-commerce and PR, and stay updated on industry trends.
