Job Title: SEO and Content Marketing Executive

Location: Sharjah

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO and Content Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Content Marketing:

• Plan, develop, and execute content strategies across web, blog, social media, and email.
• Write, edit, and proofread SEO-optimized content that aligns with the brand voice.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats such as infographics, videos, case studies, etc.
• Coordinate with designers, freelance writers, and other stakeholders for content creation.
• Promote content through organic channels, outreach, and link-building campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Track content marketing KPIs such as traffic, engagement, rankings, and conversions.
• Analyze user behavior and content performance to optimize strategies.
• Provide monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience (5-6 years) in SEO and content marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools and web analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
