Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Sales to lead and drive the sales strategy for our luxury real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of managerial experience in luxury real estate, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires a visionary leader with an in-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), investors, and brokers.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify target markets, create go-to-market strategies, and drive initiatives to capture market share in the ultra-luxury real estate sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for sales optimization.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Set individual and team KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to build the team’s expertise in luxury real estate sales.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners in the luxury segment.
- Represent the brand at high-profile events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and business opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided throughout the sales process, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Operations and Reporting
- Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of managerial experience in luxury real estate sales with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
