Role Overview

As the Creative Director, you will be the strategic and visionary leader behind the creative concepts that define our events. You'll bring ideas to life through innovation, design, and a deep understanding of audience engagement, creating experiences that leave lasting impressions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and lead the creative vision for events from concept to execution.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their brand DNA and objectives, translating them into compelling event narratives and design.
3. Oversee and mentor the creative team, including graphic designers, 3D visualizers, copywriters, stylists, and freelancers.
4. Drive the development of all creative assets: event branding, stage/set design, digital content, experiential zones, and more.
5. Present concepts and pitch ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
6. Work cross-functionally with production, operations, and tech teams to ensure flawless execution of creative elements.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends, tech innovations, and design movements to keep Evolution Events at the cutting edge.
8. Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations and project timelines.
9. Manage creative budgets and resource allocation effectively.

What We're Looking For

1. 7+ years of experience in a senior creative or leadership role within an event, advertising, or experiential agency.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts for live events, brand experiences, or installations.
3. Excellent visual and narrative design skills with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
4. Proven experience leading and inspiring creative teams.
5. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or other 3D tools is a plus.
6. Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
8. Experience working in the UAE or Gulf region is preferred.

Nice to Have

1. Background in set design, theater production, or experiential technology (e.g., AR/VR)
2. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in the region
3. Experience with sustainability-focused event design
