Art Director

Looking for an Art Director to join a fast-growing international womenswear brand as they expand into Dubai. This is a great opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking brand as they open their new office. You will be responsible for leading the creative vision and direction for the brand, ensuring the design of sophisticated and elevated womenswear collections.

Your Mission:

1. Create mood boards for campaigns and photoshoots.
2. Lead and manage the creation and delivery of multiple creative projects.
3. Coordinate with different departments (Product, Design, Graphic Design, Photography, etc.) to make sure everything runs smoothly.
4. Lead photoshoot planning, including budgeting, casting, and location scouting.
5. Manage both studio and outdoor photoshoots.
6. Work with both small and large creative teams, including freelance creators.

Your Skills:

1. Creative and able to bring fresh ideas to life.
2. Great communicator and team player.
3. Experience in digital creative work, including online content and design.
4. Strong understanding of design basics like layout, typography, and web design limitations.

Requirements:

1. Education in Fine Arts, Visual Design, or a related field (or similar experience).
2. Proficient in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
3. Able to use MS Office for communication and organization.
4. Minimum 5 years experience.
