Design Director
An amazing opportunity has come up for a Layout Director to join a global creative firm based in Dubai. The agency is working with popular brands addressing complex business and brand challenges in creative ways. As a Creative Supervisor, you will explore and conceptualize design alternatives and solutions for a diverse range of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. You will work closely with the Management Team, establishing and enforcing the creative vision and ideas.
2. You will oversee creative output and ensure the delivery of innovative, brand-led, high-quality creative.
3. You will support new business and pitch creative content.
4. You will develop your team’s design strategies to complex design challenges across moving images, packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital, and customer experience design projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. Should have agency experience.
2. Would be open to a Senior Designer looking for their next career advancement or someone currently in a Design Manager position.
3. Have experience in a customer-facing position.
4. You will have experience across broad creative and management experience.
5. Ability to adapt to various cultures.
6. You are a strategic thinker and understand branding.
7. You are a team lead and a team player, understanding team communication and the roles of team members.
8. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
