This part of the role is fundamentally about managing TR accounts in Dubaï and as such requires the full set of modern key account management skills and competencies, together with first hand recent and relevant experience:

- Language: Fluent English (both written and spoken), French or Arabic an asset not mandatory.
- IT skills: Excellent PC skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Must thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment and make things happen.
- Proven account management and negotiating skills in Travel Retail.
- Solid analytical and financial skills; solid problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 4 years Sales Management experience working in Travel Retail.
- Experience working on the Middle East Market.
- University graduate, preferably with sales and marketing degree.
- Experience in the cosmetic industry or related.
