Job Purpose

Responsible for providing the highest standard of Customer Service Excellence, providing excellent customer service consistently.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintains all service equipment & utensils correctly to relevant standards of hygiene & safety.
• Provides support in taking orders, dispatching food, and clearing tables.
• Contributes complete support during busy operations.
• Responsible for cleaning & setting up tables.

• Having a valid UAE Residency Visa (Spouse or Freelance), Emirates ID & Insurance.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous F&B experience would be an added benefit.
