Job Summary: The F&B Captain at Shang Palace, our Michelin-recommended Chinese restaurant in Dubai, will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves supervising the team, managing guest interactions, and ensuring compliance with service protocols.
- Presents menus to guests if required, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
- Records orders on checks.
- Relays orders to the kitchen and bar via Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Observes guests and responds to any additional requests.
