Job description
Job Overview
At LEAD Development, we are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and within-budget completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Consultant Engineer for MEP design activities and provide technical support to consultants.
- Cooperate with Design and Development teams to provide MEP technical solutions.
- Review and advise on cost estimation of works and materials.
- Ensure tenders received from bidders meet project specifications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated effective managerial capability in construction projects.
