Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sports Bar/Pub Manager to oversee the operations of our lively new venue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pub culture, a passion for sports, and a strong background in bar management. This role requires a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a pub, bar, or similar establishment in UAE (European/British-style pub management and service, European nationality, preferably British, Scottish, Irish).
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
3. Proven experience in creating an engaging sports bar or pub environment.
4. Excellent knowledge of beverage management, including beer, spirits, and food pairings.
5. Passion for sports and fostering a lively, interactive experience for guests.
6. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Familiarity with POS systems, financial reporting, and operational efficiency best practices.
