Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine-dining or luxury hotel setting, with a strong focus on Italian cuisine.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team in a high-end environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in managing budgets, financials, and operational performance.
• A passion for delivering personalized and exceptional guest experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, food and beverage trends, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining the highest level of service.
