Job summary
A pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking a permanent Dayshift Warehouse Supervisor for their Wholesale Department. The role involves inventory management, compliance with standard procedures, and managing staff performance. Requirements include an NQF Level 7 qualification, experience in a FMCG or pharmaceutical environment, and strong WMS/ERP knowledge. Join a dynamic team located in Roodepoort, Gauteng for a permanent position.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical / Distribution & Wholesale / FMCG / Supply Chain & Logistic environment.
- 2 years of experience in dealing with supplier returns with an understanding of supplier policies.
- 1-2 years supervisory / people management experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing and controlling inventory within the warehouse.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conducting and supervising cycle counting processes.
- Managing staff performance and training.
