Job summary
A healthcare organization in Stellenbosch is seeking a Training Officer: Core Systems- Account Supervisor. The chosen candidate will provide crucial implementation support during the Core Systems Replacement project and enhance user competence through the development of training materials. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment and a Grade 12 qualification. The position is hybrid and on a fixed-term contract basis, with relocation efforts expected for non-local applicants.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a business processes environment within a hospital or healthcare setting, specifically as an Accounts Supervisor.
- Work experience in the Patient Administration environment.
- Background in the development of training material and facilitation.

This is a fix term contract opportunity and the successful candidate will be based at Mediclinic Corporate Office Stellenbosch.
All candidates that are not based in the Western Cape will need to relocate on their own cost.
To provide implementation support on systems and processes during the Core Systems Replacement project while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user competence. Additionally, to develop and assess system and process learning support material and facilitate learning interventions.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
- Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION:
- Certificate in instructional design or training
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a business processes environment within a hospital or healthcare setting, specifically as a Accounts Supervisor
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Work experience in the Patient Administration environment
- Background in the development of training material and facilitation
- Relevant business process policies and procedures
- Computer systems and software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office Packages)
- Formatting and styling of learning support material
