The Bench is a global event company working in the hotel and hospitality sector. Our customers are senior-level hospitality investors, owners, developers, operators, and advisory firms. We work across key industries in the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and airport route developments. Our events are known for providing the platform to do deals and drive real estate developments across the region.
The Africa Hospitality Investment Forum (AHIF) is entering its 14th year and is the leading conference on the continent for hospitality developments. The event typically brings together 400-600 attendees (30-40 sponsors) and has, up to now, moved around the continent (through a bid process) to showcase different regions and markets. We are now looking to scale the event up and make it a significantly bigger event with strong links to our Future Hospitality Summit The World program.

They will be happy to work as an essential cog of a team that will feed in new investor/developer delegates/speakers, new topics and ideas into our event for customers as well as securing new sponsors. They will also be able to demonstrate that they have experience in dealing with Government bodies such as Ministries and Investment Promotion Agencies.
‘Creating an impact' is at the heart of everything we do. We enable growth by facilitating deal opportunities. As industry curators and change agents, we deliver high-level networking and thought leadership for hospitality investment and aviation.
If you are an exceptional, ambitious, creative, conscientious sales individual and want to have a flexible and rewarding long-term career in an organisation that puts its customers first above the shareholder then we welcome you.
